Director: DeShawn Shepard

DeShawn Shepard is the Executive Director for the Mrs. and Miss Maryland and Virginia International Pageants. As a former titleholder, she was crowned Mrs. Maryland International 2006 and made the top 10 at Nationals that year.

The Maryland International Pageants are part of a celebrated system that has existed for more than 20 years and works to celebrate the positive achievement of women across Maryland.

Our titleholders and all of our contestants are committed to being positive role models for people of all ages; and demonstrate their commitment to excellence through community service oriented projects.
 
 The 2012 Miss Maryland International Pageant was held Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the Cultural Arts Center of Glen Allen in Glen Allen, Virginia. The pageant is held in conjunction with the 2012 Miss Virginia International pageant.
