1.What is 1 beauty product you cannot live without?
To be a good friend is to appreciate and see another person fully – to appreciate another’s strengths, dreams, and challenges. To be a good friend is to listen when it is time to stay silent, and to advise when it is time to speak. It is to show up, to forgive mistakes. It is to embark on adventures, to share laughs, and to cherish memories as only souls who are good friends can do.

2.If you had to do over anything what would it be?
I can tell I am under stress whenever I start cleaning everything in sight! A cluttered space only adds to a cluttered mind, so the most therapeutic moments in my life have been good old spring-cleaning days. Time and time again, I’ve found that getting organized always results in breakthroughs in whatever challenges I am facing. Whenever you’re stressed, take a few minutes to declutter your most-used space. You may reap the same rewards!

3.Who would you love to meet and why?
I try to create a little distance from the situation so that I can respond without the initial rush of emotions. My go-to tactic is a long run or a long drive to one of my music playlists. I often return with a changed perspective, a more relaxed state of mind, and often a better solution! If the situation requires an immediate response, I trust my intuition to make the best choice for everyone involved.

4.Favorite vacation?
Dignity is an aura. You exude it whenever you enter a room. It's a signal you send to the world that conveys: “I am who I say I am, and who I am is guided by my moral compass, life values, and personal code.” Dignity requires total commitment to this message. Through self-reflection, we can create a code we are proud to communicate to the world. Dignity is timeless, and your signal should be, too!

5.What do you normally eat for breakfast?
My grandmother (Dadi) and grandfather (Dada) survived the India-Pakistan partition in the 1940s. They narrowly avoided the infamous train massacres as they crossed over into Pakistan. It is unimaginable that our whole family line could have stopped at this point – as so many family lines did during the partition. Dadi and I were very close, and she's my inspiration to live not just the length of my life, but the width of it too!
